Hi. I have an Inspire(2 years) and has been replaced once. My problem is the battery drains fast and I cannot swipe up to see my stats. Also get a black screen and can’t do anything. I have cleaned the face and back. Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions.

Hello @K6A1J1
I would try restarting your Inspire to see if that helps. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
If your still experiencing issues after trying a restart I’d try changing the clock face to dee if that helps. You can change the clock face by going through the Fitbit App. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm
😃 I hope this helps and provides you with an answer. Please come back and let me know if it helps

Hello again @K6A1J1
😕 I’m really sorry that didn’t work for you. I wish I could have helped more. I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service as they may be able to help you factory reset your Inspire (might help…you never know) or know of something else you might be able to try. I’m just not comfortable walking anyone through a factory reset. I’ve seen where it goes flawlessly and I’ve seen where it goes bad. It’s best to do something like that through customer service.
You can find ways of contacting Fitbit Customer Service here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
