Inspire blank screen when not charging

My Inspire's screen is blank when it is not charging. I have tried the methods below (based on some ideas given in forum), but to no avail:

 

1. Charge till 100%

2. Reboot

3. Change Watch Face 

 

Each time I remove Inspire from the charger, it goes blank. It works fine when it is charging. 

 

Hope to get some help here. Thanks.

Hi @Lyssa99 U fortunately I am not going to be much help. It sounds as if your Inspire is dying.  You have done all you can, sadly. Contact Fitbit Support  and maybe they can help you.
