How do I find out what to do with my broken inspire? The strap has come away from the casing the issue is with the casing. It’s under warranty. How do I send it back.

Best AnswerI called them & as the fault is with the pebble! Where the band connects to the pebble seemingly I cannot do this. I have to send a video. Thanks though.
