Inspire charging issues

Fitbit Inspire doesn't work if it isn't plugged in and therefore I cannot wear it.  Restart does not work, does not charge past 91%.

Hi @jherrmann, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it charges completely and it works when off the charger.
