Inspire display not working

My inspire hr all of sudden won’t turn on. I’ve had it plugged in charging all day. The charging port/ charger is clean. It will just vibrate and sometime show the smiley face but that’s it. I also tried the 5 second holding tip, doesn’t phase it. It still won’t work. Wont turn on at all!!! Also my phone can’t seem to find it now. Any a loss!!!

My Inspire HR is suffering in the same way. Happened at the same time too?? I can still sync it with my phone and it's buzzing when I've been receiving texts but no display at all ☹️

My Inspire has done the same, display stopped working some time tonight, I can feel the watch vibrate when I press the side button, but nothing else.

Mine is not working and Bluetooth is not finding it. This is very upsetting. Also I have one side of the band taped because the part where it clips broke off the face of the inspire hr.

My Fitbit Inspire was doing the same thing. I placed it on the charger and held the side button for 15 seconds and then I started to see a smiley face and then the display started working. You might have to do it twice.

I have a similar problem. My fiitbit is frozen, ie. I can only touch it to see the time, and it buzzes. I can’t swipe it, it’s just frozen. I have tried to restart it, charged it, and nothing is working. It has really put me on a good schedule. I have only had it for 2 months!

Try restarting it by placing it on the charger and pressing the button on the side for 15 seconds and see if that helps to start it back.

Hello, try placing it on the charger and holding the side button for 15 seconds to see if you get a smiley face. It should then work. You might have to do it twice.

I tried this several times over several days and nothing has changed. Is there anything else I can try?

Ya, I've reset three times new and get the smiley face but no display.

 

Tried changing the clock face yesterday and seen some of it but its glitchy and shows for only maybe a second!!!

 

I'm getting really frustrated now. I'm within the warranty period as well.

I’m not aware of anything else that you can do. I would contact Fitbit and see if they can kick start it for you or replace the unit.

My wife's Inspire HR display has stopped working. Tried everything I found on this subject: reset, changing the face …. nothing worked. When I try to reset, it appears a half of the smiley face and some very shaded image of the clock face. The sync is working, the vibration also, it counts steps, sleep, HR but I can't scroll. It working well so far, I bought two pcs on November 2019, one for my wife and the other for my son (my son's still working having no issues). I don't know how to raise a ticket to the customer service department, so please help!
