Inspire HR Missing Pixels / Lines on Display

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased my Inspire HR from Amazon on May 1st.  For the last two days I'm seeing one half of the display has many missing lines / dead pixels on the display.  Here is a link to a picture of what I am seeing on my unit. I have restarted the device at least 6 times and the problem has not gone away.  I use my Inspire HR daily and have to done anything to it that it is not meant for.  I tried to chat with Customer Support but the chat is not available.  Amazon directed me to Fitibit for help.   Thank You.

Same problem and battery life is greatly reduced. Little I’ve used 20% in 10 minutes... solutions? Anyone?

Well for everyone having this problem I hope your Fitbit is less than a year old! Mine is a year and 3 months and they basically said throw it away. Only troubleshooting for them is a restart if that don’t work then too bad... not happy with this answer, even the rep stated a Fitbit should last several years...

@Tlo2 Thanks for stopping by!

Sorry to hear about your damaged Inspire HR and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

I'll be around.
