My fitbit Insire is brand new out of the box today. It vibrated and had a smiley face. It's charged and has the fitbit logo with www.fitbit.com/setup scrolling under it. That's all it does. I've tried to reset it. Nothing changes. Now what? Please help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying a restart process before posting. The message your Inspire is currently displaying is because you need to set it up with your Fitbit account to start using it. I recommend you to learn more about this with the information that's specified on our help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
