My fitbit Insire is brand new out of the box today. It vibrated and had a smiley face. It's charged and has the fitbit logo with www.fitbit.com/setup scrolling under it. That's all it does. I've tried to reset it. Nothing changes. Now what? Please help.

The message your Inspire is currently displaying is because you need to set it up with your Fitbit account to start using it.
