Why do I not receive emails when my battery is low and needs to be charged? I noticed that with my Alta and that is why I upgraded to the Inspire. The Alta would just shut down at the halfway mark, which made me have to charge it at 50%.

@DebTaylor   It's possible that a setting got turned off.  On your phone app dashboard tap on your profile picture > scroll down to Notifications under the Privacy and Security section.  Scroll down to Email Notifications and make sure the Low Battery is toggled to ON.  There is also a toggle to get a Push Notification for your low battery.  No need to check an email.
