Inspire getting constantly stuck

Most days my Fitbit will track my steps and calories but others it will either not track my steps or the screen will remain frozen. I have been on to the help desk before I was I told that I had to rest my Fitbit which I do. But now it seems to be ever second day my Fitbit will freeze or glitch. And I’m getting tired of having to reset it very time as I should have to do this all the time! I have had it for less than a year and some times when I try to reset the watch it won’t reset and will take many tries to reset. Also when charging my watch it will take a few tries for the watch to recognise the charger

I have experienced my Fitbit freezing on the clock screen.  It still records data and syncs to my phone but I have to restart it numerous times to fix the issue.  This has been an ongoing problem.

Mine is stuck on clock now for the first time, and since the only way I can sync is turning off the bluetoth, updating the computer, and then turning bluetooth on and then seetting it up as a new device, it isn't even giving me the 4 digit code to set it up.  Frustrating enough that it doesn;t sync, but now it is nothing but a glorified watch.
