Inspire has stopped scrolling

  • My Fitbit has stopped scrolling & dont know why?  It says the time if I press side button & it's still working with the app . Any ideas?

Mine also stopped scrolling.  Only 2 1 month old!

I think I've sorted mine now. Try plugging in charger & attach Fitbit as
usual. Then hold button on side for about 5secs. It restarts it & mine is
now working fine!

Mine stopped too!  Holding the button down does nothing.  I cannot restart it or anything!  It did charge, but I didn't get the smiley face - it's just stuck!  I wonder if Fitbit did something on their end?

I was finally able to restart my Inspire tonight.  Seems to be working now, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm sure this will happen again and FitBit just won't respond to our pleas for help.
