Hi,
I've just received my inspire HR and I cannot seem to change the clock face. If I choose on of the clock faces on the app, it just keeps rotating and nothing else happens.
What should I do?

I was having the same problem. I went to google play store, looked up fitbit app and there was an update. I installed the update to the app and can now change my clock faces but it did change my dasboard on the app.

Same problem here, I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it via Google Play and although it says I am connected, I still cannot change the clock face. I have reported this issue days ago and heard nothing back.

Exact same thing here: I just received brand new Inspire HR, took 30 minutes ++ for the firmware update (v34.20001.63.18) and now trying to change clock fact goes endless on the circle-waiting-cursor. I tried with both Android Fitbit app (v3.4.2 20213455) and Microsoft 10 (v2.44.1997.0). I will very soon start to have a strong opinion on the quality of their products..
