Inspire hr

Help, my Inspire HR is working for everything except it suddenly has stopped giving me my text and call notifications. I have reset and repaired but a message comes up after 2 minutes “ PAIRING FAILED”. I’m at a loss. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I had a charge 2 previously and didn’t have any problem. Can anyone please help before I take it back to the shop. I’ve only had it 3 months.

Hi @Grrh  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Hi I’m using an IPhone 7 but my problem is solved. I took my Fitbit back to John Lewis and they replaced it with anew one. Excellent service.
