Inspire issues....again

I've had several issues since getting my Fitbit which have left me wondering why I wear it at all as an ordinary watch would be more reliable. I've had battery life issues - needing to charge the device daily without mobile notifications,  I've had the screen  freeze & the touch screen not work & now it's not recording my activity. I've lost 3 weeks worth of recorded activity. Even when synced up last night to give me my daily activity that has been wiped & just today's which will no doubt disappear from the dashboard tomorrow. This is my first and unfortunately last Fitbit. There have been nothing but issues since its purchase. It's neither a watch nor a fitness tracker with its limited battery life. 7 days per charge, nope. Maybe a day & a half maximum. Completely disappointed yet again with this device.
