Inspire lost steps

So no idea why and fairly cheesed  my off as it is only a week old but my Inspire lost all my steps today - sadly after I'd walked 16km down the Thames.  Map My Run has the walk recorded.

Can I sync that walk to Fitbit?

Hi @Heatherjeram,

 

Are you sure that your account is set in the right time zone?  This is what the Fitbit is tied to.  Once the clock strikes midnight in your time zone, your steps will automatically reset.

Thanks for the idea - same time zone for sure.  So sadly it's not that problem
