My Fitbit is around 2 weeks old now and everything was great, till it stopped celebrating my daily goal which is set to 10000 steps , I have exceeded the amount many days and it has still not notified me , I looked up solutions and have tried restarting the device , changing my goal back and forth re syncing ect and has not made any difference. I know it’s not completely broken but it’s a shame because I liked that function
any help will be appreciated thanks !

Hi @Emmz25 I am with you on this one! The goal celebration is such a silly little thing but I would really miss it if it wasnt there! As the restarts younhave done didnt help I have flagged a moderator to come and help you.

Welcome to the Forums @Emmz25. Hello @NellyG, thanks for bringing this up.
@Emmz25 Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have found and tried so far.
In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to set up your Fitbit once again as if it was a replacement Fitbit. That should help so that it starts working correctly.
Let us know how it goes or if you have any questions on the matter.
