I have an Inspire which was lost and then replaced ( by a sense). I have since found the Inspire which doesn’t charge. It simply ran out of battery and now won’t charge. I would naturally like to still use it as it’s not very old ( or at least has not been used)

Hi, welcome back to the Community forums, @Diana3.
Thank you for the information provided about the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Inspire.
Before considering other options, and if this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

I have tried everything. The inspire design for Charging is flawed in my opinion. The magnetic strip is weak and it always falls off the charger. We have tried everything. We also have two charge 4’s that the straps snapped off and broke the watch- we also have seen that there are many complaints about this issue. I have a new Versa ( 1 year) which is also not taking a charge sometimes. We will no longer be Fitbit customers after around 8/9 years that’s a real shame.
I hope this feedback helps.
Regards,
