I just purchased an Inspire a few days ago. On the first day, I collected data while I was at the water park and then when I got home and swam my laps. After that the only data collected haa been steps and hours of vsleep. I have had to input my workouts on the treadmill and my swimming of laps. It remains at 0 minutes active until I enter my swimming or workouts manually.
This has been very disappointing.

Hi @Dilwolfe, do you have the Inspire or the Inspire HR?
I don't swim laps, so I don't use the "Swim" feature and therefore don't know how to help with that. In regards to the treadmill though, I do know that the Fitbit only records workouts once your heart rate reaches a certain BPM (I think it's 100, but I'm not sure) and it has to stay at or above that level for 10 or more min in order for the exercise to track. This triggers Smart Track, which is what records your exercise automatically on your tracker. Are you keeping the same intensity when you run/walk on the treadmill?

Mine is an Inspire. If it is not an HR, how does it regognize heart rate with the Smart Track?
I know it did the other day, but not since the first day I had it has it recognized or recorded my activities.
