Inspire not counting steps

I didn't wear my Fitbit for a month and didn't charge it until right before I put it on and now my steps aren't registering... What should I do?!

@ShaynaHornbeck Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire not counting your steps. Do you mean that you aren't seeing them on your Fitbit account or you don't see them on the actual tracker itself. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

The restart should help with the tracker itself and the other instructions are for syncing issues.
