Inspire not getting notifications

Why won't my Inspire allow me to turn on all day Sync.  Yes, I've restarted it and hard set it.  Yes, I'v turned the app on and off.  Yes, I've turned the phone on and off.  Yes, I've delete the app and re-installed it.  Been trying all day.  I am so tired of the app not working. This is my third Fitbit.  I keep coming back because I like the product, but I am tired of things not syncing, working etc.  Any other suggestions before I trash it?

Let me help you with notifications and thank you for troubleshooting the issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Lets start by refreshing the link between your phone and your device. 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
