When I get to the screen that asks which device I wish to sync I find that Inspire HD is not in the list. I can find no way of adding it

Don't use a phone app. Trying to add a device to my laptop and after downloading the installation software, find that it's not on the list.

I have the same problem. I have a new Inspire HR from Amazon and am trying to use the FitBit Connect app on my desktop PC. When I start the setup process and get to the 'select which model you are setting up' the Inspire/Inspire HR does not even show up in the list. This is not a good start and I refuse to use the phone app (the permissions are ridiculously invasive.)
