My Fitbit inspire is not working. Screen is completely black and won’t turn on. It was vibrating at first but now nothing. I’ve tried resetting it already and it doesn’t seem to work.

Let me help you with your Inspire not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It could be that your device isn't charging anymore so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.

I have tried cleaning it already and still nothing. It won’t turn on, I’ve hold the power button on it to try to reset it and still nothing. I’ve had it for less than a year. This is so frustrating .

It’s been a week now that my Fitbit won’t turn on. I’ve tried everything from plugging it into different outlets and USB ports, I’ve tried cleaning it with alcohol, leaving it plugged in for a couple hours to the whole day and still nothing. The screen is complete black and it won’t vibrate. I’ve also tried resetting it and nothing.
Please help as to what else I can do. I’ve only had it for a couple months
