I just removed my Fitbit one and tried to put inspire on phone and it couldn’t locate it. I did it on my iPad, and the phone knows I have it, but it says I need to pair with Bluetooth. The iPad is good, but the phone can’t locate it. Turned Bluetooth on and off and restarted everything. Nothing is happening. I’m already frustrated

A warm welcome to the Community @Shannyk327. Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've tried.
Sorry to hear that your new Inspire isn't syncing to your iPhone. I'll be glad to help you getting your Inspire syncing with your iPhone. I would like you to turn off the iPad and then tried this syncing troubleshooting.
Also, you can double check that you have a supported device.
