Inspire not tracking automatically my exercises

My inspire has not automatically recognized my exercise, sleep or updated my stationary/active info since Sunday 12/5/19.  I still counts my steps and minutes but that's about it.

Thanks for sharing this information with us. If the SmartTrack feature is not tracking automatically your exercises, please restart your Inspire. Your Fitbit should recognizes activities at least 15 minutes long. Confirm that the option "Auto-recognize" is turn on: 

  1. Open the Fitbit app
  2. Tap the Today tab 
     
    , then tap the Exercise tile 
     
    .
  3. Tap the gear icon 
     
     in the top right.
  4. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

I'd advice to track your activities using the options on your Fitbit Inspire. On your Fitbit Inspire, you can track specific exercises such as a run, bike, swim, or yoga with the Exercise app. For more information, including how to customize the exercise types on your device, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

I have restarted, more than once. Exercises are set to 10 minutes. As stated in my original post, everything was good until this past Monday.

I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with customer support with no resolution.  They escalated my case to another team for investigation.  Waiting...……….
