Hi @Ruthmsmith, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late response, I'll be glad to help you with this. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Inspire that is not tracking your sleep. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about what you've been experiencing? Did this happen once or is your device never tracking any sleep information? In addition, please let me know which is the icon that you're referring to or where are you seeing this icon. 

 

In the meantime, make sure that you've tried performing a restart following these steps and check if you continue to experience the same problem.
