Inspire quit scrolling.

My inspire quit scrolling and not even 6 months old. I tried to reset and that did not work. It was still recording my steps. 2 days later the screen went black. It still had 78% left on battery. I took it Best Buy where it was purchased and the geek squad could do nothing with it. This was a Christmas gift and started using it 12/26/19. Now it is useless.

Hi Ricardo,

Customer Service contacted me for additional information about the country
where the Fitbit was purchased.
I answered in the US. My son and daughter-in-law bought it at a Best Buy in
either Alabama or Florida.
I have never heard back from them.
