Inspire screen not responding to swipes

This is the THIRD fitbit I've had, the first one quit within 6 months, they sent me a new one, that went out in about 3 months, now this one is acting up, but have had it for about 9 months. I have tried all of the restart and it is still not working. Shows clock and can tap screen and will go through steps, date, etc. But will not allow me to scroll to get to the timer or alarm. Very disappointing, I will never waste my money on another fitbit or recommend it to anyone.
