Inspire screen won’t scroll

Yesterday my inspire hr quit displaying anything but the time and text notifications. When I get a text if it’s longer than the inspire’s screen I can no longer scroll down. When I wake up my watch and see the time I can’t scroll down to see my steps. Did the soft reset several times, app and phone are updated. Any help would be great

Thanks for reporting the issues with your Fitbit. You did a great job restarting your Inspire HR, but since this didn't work I've requested to our Support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support.
