Inspire screen won't scroll

For some reason, it seems to have started this behavior as of today. It was fine previously, for at least several months. Basically, I'm having a lot of difficulty getting it to scroll up and down to access different entries. With a lot of effort, and multiple swipes, I can get it to go up or down one screen, but past that, it just kind of wiggles in place. Any advice on how to fix this? I miss being able to scroll over to my steps in the last hour to find out how many I have left to do to get my 250.

Hi there, @razel0. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, as @NellyG has advised, chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @razel0   Have you tried Restarting  your Inspire several times? That may well fix it. If it doesn't then contact Fitbit Support  as it may still be covered by warranty
