Inspire shows two clock faces

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After installing the update, I now have two (2) active clocks on my Inspire ? One is the original that was there prior to the update.  The new one, shows battery level, day, date & time.

No idea how to remove one ??

Thanks in advance..

@danieinspire Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with your Inspire showing two clock faces. This sounds really odd. Could you share a picture of what you are seeing on your tracker? Are you sure this isn't a new clock face on your device? Try restarting your tracker and also changing the clock face.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks so much for responding.  I really appreciate it.

The system will not let me upload pics ??

Also, before, I had to double click and scroll down to turn on/off notifications.  Now, the original method to turn the notifications on/off is still there but, now I just have to click and scroll up.

Hope I have explained this ok?

i'm having the same issue since the recent firmware update  the clock face when you tap or raise to wake the fitbit, and now there is a second screen that has the date and time again.  it doesn't make sense to have two of the same screen one after the other  screen onescreen onefirst swipefirst swipe

I have the same problem. What is the point of a second clock? It's very annoying.

I am having the same trouble, and tried both restarting my device and changing the clock face. I still have the second one when I swipe up, just like the pictures provided by another user. Please advise.

Adding my issue as well.  I used to be able to raise the Fitbit to wake it.  Now I have to tap it twice to do that.  Not nearly as convenient or functional.  Adding my issue here as I couldn't see how else to do it.

Also have this same issue

I too see this, I am assuming this is deemed an "enhancement" 😀

From my main clock, if I roll up one, I see this new clock with battery info. If I roll down one, I also see "Notifications" instead of "Exercise". I would like to be able to customize all of these options like we can add/remove exercises.

I'm having the same issue (my clock of choice, then a second battery/clock/date/steps screen below it), and mine also started after the last update. Rebooting made no difference.

Best Answer

@Galbreath On mine I can hold the button for two seconds to get a "quick settings" screen - turn on "screen wake" and raising the screen will wake it again🙂

Best Answer

This is a default thing that cannot be removed. You might request the ability to remove the clock face here.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it and the “quick settings” screen does not come up.

@MapleX07 .  This is a new setting that adds no value, and is actually kind of frustrating. was hoping it was a glitch

I'm also experiencing the same problem. Has Fitbit provided a solution yet?

Hello,

I am having this same issue. I actually prefer the second clock face that shows the time, day, date, and battery level. But this is not included as an actual clock face option for the Inspire 2 tracker. It is very frustrating that I can’t set this as my default screen and have to scroll down to see the date. Can you please help get rid of the two clock screens? And is it possible to get a default clock face on the Inspire 2 with both the time on one line and the date included?

I am having the same issue. I can't see why you want two clock faces. You can not remove a clock face as far as I can see. It's been 10 months since the original post and a couple of people have posted pictures. Why haven't we recieved a response from Fitbit?
