My inspire updated today. I've had it about a month and have been happy with it. Today, not so much. The update wiped out my step and distance log on the android app. And I can't add steps to the screen. I no longer have an option to sync. It just shows me the number of calories I've burned which is useless information for me. I've re-installed the app. I'm not feeling very inspired at the moment to carry a device which is useless to me.

Let me help you with your missing steps. This sounds as if your device was removed from your account. If your tracker isn't listed on your account (tap your account icon at the top left corner and see if your tracker shows there). If the device isn't setup then please set it up following these instructions.
