Inspire stopped syncing

Our inspire has stopped syncing. It is recognising it on the Bluetooth but it won't pair. Can't forget the device as no option on the device. Reinstalled fitbit app but won't work. Any ideas?

I would recommend pairing your tracker as a replacement device. Please follow instructions of help article: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
