I have been through all the troubleshooting suggestions with no luck. Other functions are fine. It stopped sleep tracking three days ago.

@Moesha23 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire not recording your sleep and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

After working with Customer Service (case # 33251803) the device still does not track sleep. It tracked my sleep well for about 2 weeks then stopped.

I have the same problem. I have a Fitbit Inspire. I’ve had it about a year. Two weeks ago it just stopped tracking sleep. I’ve reset it several times. I deleted my iPhone app and reinstalled. Nothing seems to fix the problem. All other functions are still working as before. I suspect a hardware failure.
