Inspire strap clip

hi

My daughter got a present of a Fitbit inspire. However ever sin e she has it the clip on the strap keeps opening. It was a nuisance but we just kept realising. However now the clip has fallen out so the strap can't close. I dont know who to contact in terms of resolving the issue? Can anyone help me?
