The strap retaining sleeve has broken can you get replacement or we talking new strap?

Don't think Fitbit deals in spare retainer sleeves.  If under warranty, might get new strap.  Otherwise, suggest look on Amazon for new third-party strap, or multi-colored bundle, very reasonably priced.  In fact for ease and price, I might consider going straight to Amazon anyway.  I did once look for retaining sleeves on Amazon once; only found quantity of them for close to price of new strap; plus I would think very hard to fit retaining sleeve over wider end of strap.

But that's just my take on it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
