Inspire syncing and charging issues

This is getting ridiculous. Half of the time my Inspire will not register on Bluetooth (You know when it doesn't sync for the one millionth time and you follow all the steps to "trouble shoot" the issue which includes removing the device from Bluetooth and then re-adding it). The constant trouble shooting to make the inspire sync (you know that thing it's "built" to do) is beyond frustrating, especially when you have to do all the trouble shooting steps at least 5 times before something works. The inspire is now restarting itself with no touching, and recently when I put it on the charger I get the prompt saying the device isn't charging and to check the charger.
