Not syncing. Phone can't find apparatus. I have reloaded the app, but can't get together. A recurring problem, but usually fixable.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Fitbit Inspire and see if it syncs without any problem.

I've tried all the steps and my fitbit still won't sync. In fact since following all that advice my phone says it can't find my fitbit and it isn't showing in my previously linked devices in bluetooth. It randomly syncs by itself about once every 10 days but by that time I am over caring about the data it downloaded because most of it was from too long ago. This is my third fitbit that has developed serious, time-consuming issues after the first few months of ownership. What now to fix it?
