Inspire syncing issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased the Fitbit Inspire 3 months ago. It was working perfectly and syncing well and tracking calories, steps, sleep etc well. The past week it hasnt allowed it to sync. If I slide the screen down on the Fitbit app, it says 'No Fitbit Device Found' and when I press fix it, nothing helpful comes up. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the whole app, removing the device and adding it again, restarting the actual fitbit, restarting my phone. I don't know what else to do, please help!

I have the Iphone XR.

Hi @Mollie_May, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Fitbit Inspire during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I’ve tried everything on that link as I found it myself online but it hasn’t fixed it. It won’t seem to pair with my Fitbit via Bluetooth on my phone. On Bluetooth on my phone, it doesn’t say Fitbit inspire, it has nothing there so there’s no Bluetooth connection. I don’t know how to fix that though.

Thank you
Mollie

Thank you.

I have purchased a new Fitbit. I originally had the Inspire but yesterday purchased the Versa 3, thinking a more recent Fitbit will work with my Iphone XR. But still no luck. It just won't find the device at all.

Thanks
Mollie
