Hello @Randomman

I believe I can certainly help. When Inspire 2 is set to On Clip , certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes.

You may have accidentally turned “on clip” mode and it needs to be set to “on wrist” mode to capture your exercise and zone minutes like you want.

Just go to your quick settings and turn it to on wrist mode and you’ll be all set. To get to quick settings just press and hold the button for about 2 seconds on your Inspire 2. This takes you to the Quick Settings. In Quick Settings have your Battery level, Screen Wake, Notifications, and the On Wrist/On Clip setting.  Make the switch and press the button lightly to return to the clock face.

😃I hope this did indeed provide you with the best answer for you question. Please let me know.

@Randomman   Did you try restarting your tracker?  You can reboot it in the Settings app or by putting it in the charger, then press and hold both buttons for 5 seconds.

If you put your Fitbit on your ankle when you ride your spin bike, then you just don’t get it.

No. Last time you told me that after the last update.  I thought…maybe, I could not fix it for over a month.  Updated this time and the same exact thing happened.

Hello @sthompson001

I’m a bit confused about your post. What update? I believe you may have posted your message on the wrong thread.
