Inspire wake

My Inspire suddenly keeps coming on every time that I move my wrist, something which is incredibly irritating especially at night! Ive always had it set so the screen only comes on when I press the button on the side and despite asking fitbit customer service how to change the settings so it stops coming on Im having no luck. Can anyone advise how to do this? Ive put that its my non dominant wrist and turned the 'double tap' function off but it continues to do it.

Hold in left side button a few seconds; scroll down to 'Screen Wake' below battery; tap to toggle it on or off.  When it is grayed out with a line through it, it will not come on with wrist turn.

Thanks! That setting is already off but Ive turned it on and off again in the hope it resets itself.

You want that Screen Wake icon display bright with no line through it.
