I have had my Fitbit for less than a month. I checked the time by pushing in the button at 9 this morning. Now it is blank. Nothing comes up when I push the button. The green light is still on on the back and it is still recording on my dashboard. Anyone else experience this? Perhaps a bulb burnt out?

It has happened to me a couple of times. The first time I just held down on the button on the left hand side and it reset itself. The second time my battery was low so I just charged it up and the face came back on its own. Hope this helps!

I have this same problem. Have had the Inspire for about one month. Within the last week the fitbit vibrates with notifications but the screen is blank. Stills tracks everything but if I want to check the time or see the notification, I have to tap the screen multiple times. I have reset the tracker multiple times and changed the clock face as suggested but the screen contines to be blank. Any further suggestions for correcting this problem.

Neither resetting/starting nor charging solved it. Strangely, choosing a new clock face seemed to do the trick. Thanks!
