Inspire will not pair

I just purchased the Inspire. I've set up a new account. It's charging. I'm able to access the settings, etc. using the touchscreen. When I go to set up the device in the app, it keeps telling me to make sure my device is on. It's absolutely on. I've "restarted" it several times. My Bluetooth is on. What is the problem?

I fixed it. I reset my wifi and Bluetooth settings on my phone.
