My cardio fitness score changed a few weeks ago and is now saying it’s between “95-99” in the excellent range which is incredibly inaccurate/clearly impossible. This happened at a similar time when my calories and active minutes stopped tracking so Ive updated my height and weight as they were not filled out. This fixed the calorie/activity tracking problem but not my cardio fitness score. I tried resetting my watch and uninstalling the app but no luck. I’m not sure what else I can do???

@sarahvanass Hi there. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
Your Inspire HR can use connected GPS, we can provide a more precise estimate of your score using the relationship between pace and heart rate during your runs. This is because individuals with higher VO2 Max have a lower heart rate while running at the same pace compared to individuals with lower VO2 Max. If you're able to run at a comfortable pace for at least 10 minutes, track a run with GPS. We recommend running on flat terrain as much as possible since only the flat sections of your run count toward your score estimate. You may need to go on several runs that are at least 10 minutes in length to affect your score.
