Inspire won't charge

My inspire takes two days to charge.

Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of that guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

My Fitbit charges.  However, it takes over 7 hours for it to get a full charge. Is there a known issue with the battery?
