Inspire won't connect to my Xiaomi Rednote

My phone is not on the list of ones that do not connect to Fitbit

Hi @Rjholland140259, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't connect with your Xiaomi Rednote.

I would like to know if your Inspire used to sync with your phone or if it wasn't even able to set up.

 

If your Fitbit device was set up with your phone and it just stopped syncing, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue.

Thanks for your tips.However, it's new and I've tried the Bluetooth on my Samsung phone,my Samsung tablet,my wife's phone and her iPad. It doesn't respond to any of them. We have tried uninstalling the app on each device, we have repeatedly tried switching the Bluetooth on and off for each one.

Pretty much everything recommended but to no avail.
