Hi can anyone help please. I think it may be broken but thought I'd try.
Brand new Fitbit Inspire. I've charged it and sync it but I can't get it to work. It won't show a time, it won't scroll, allow me to touch it into action etc I've tried resetting but that has not helped. it simply shows a line on the screen or when i allow the battery to die and recharge it is the welcome screen stating www.fitbit/setup.
HELP PLEASE.

In order to use your Fitbit Inspire, you'll need to first set it up, this is the reason why the device is showing such message.
