Hi, I got an Inspire a couple of weeks ago, set it up without problem with an iphone, and could sync with the Inspire from within the fitbit app on the iphone.
After the latest IOS update, it stopped syncing (indicating that Bluetooth was off, while it was on). I tried going through steps indicated in this forum (e.g. rebooted the iphone and the Inspire), with no success. The result was always the same: syncing failed in the fitbit app (while it used to work before). Then I "forgot the device" in the iphone Bluetooth settings, and was never able to either sync or even set up the device again in the fitbit app.
After that, I tried to sync using the Windows 10 app (which I did not try before the problem). But the app cannot sync with the Inspire, and shows the red message "looking for tracker..." for a while. The Inspire device never shows up in the Bluetooth device list either (but I can use Bluetooth to connect to an audio device on this PC, so Bluetooth works). Again I tried multiple times to reboot the Inspire, turn on/off bluetooth on the PC, start/stop the fitbit app, checked the bluetooth drivers, etc.
Should I consider that the Fitbit Inspire is bricked at this time? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem with mine. Went through those exact steps. Curious to know what the Fitbit support team says.

(Initial poster here). The problem went away 2-3 days ago, without action from my part AFAIK. The sync started happening again between the inspire and the iphone. It seems to work fine now. Probably thanks to a software update of the fitbit app on the iphone (but I did not actively triggered it).
