Inspire won’t sync with iPad

I have an iPad Air 2 with an operating system of 12.4, and my new Fitbit infinity will not sync.  I have gone through the whole troubleshooting list twice.  I have deleted the app and got it back and tried again.  It has a 100% charge, but my Bluetooth won’t even find it.  If I don’t find out what’s wrong I’m gonna have to return it

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing with your iPad and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

My inspire hr is TRASH it will not even set up
