Bought my son a Inspire and we have downloaded the app, charged the watch but the watch doesn't react at all and we don't find the watch on the phone so seems to be no blue tooth signal. Any suggestions?

Hi @BGBB welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to see that you just got a Fitbit Inspire for your son. 

 

Thanks for reporting the issues that you're having while trying to connect it with the Fitbit app. Please confirm that you're following the steps suggested here to charge your Fitbit son's device. If this is not able to charge let me know. Fitbit devices need to be "On" in order to complete the set up process.

 

I was wondering how old is your son? Please note that we have different trackers made specifically for kids (under 13), such as Fitbit Ace 2. This tracker needs to be linked to a Fitbit family account to control who your kid connects with in the Fitbit app, there are some new cool designs.
