I need some help please. I have a fitbit zip which is slowly dying. It still logs my steps but the display screen doesn't show hardly anything now. On my old laptop I could click on fitbit in the side menu and this little box would come that I could click on and sinc the zip. Now I have the new laptop the icon isn't there now.

 

The other question is a I have a new fitbit inspire but is it necessary to have a cell phone with Bluetooth to set it up?

As long as your laptop has Windows 10 and bluetooth, which I expect it does if it is new, you can use that instead of phone.  Download the fitbit app from the Windows 10 store.  That is probably how to sync your Zip also.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
