Have you recently installed the Firmware thingy? When I did, I discovered that everything other than my steps stopped working, so I had to manually input the information every day. I put up with it for a week and decided at the weekend that I wasn't going to do that (other than the water and food, which I had to do manually anyway) any more and I would give it exactly a week to get automatic tracking sorted or I'd bin it.
Monday didn't show anything so I wasn't feeling very positive about it. Same happened yesterday, I was fully prepared to start writing a negative Amazon review of all the things that were wrong with it. I logged on this morning and my sleep had automatically been logged for the first time in 10 days!
So, what I would suggest, based purely on that experience, is to not manually log anything other than liquid and food in the app, and to give it 7 days to sort itself out. Hopefully your Fitbit will sort itself out after a couple of days of no manual data... it'll be weird on your stats, but it's the only way I've found to get it automatically working again.

@Powrenrs hey there and welcome to the forums. Have you tried a manual reset? it may help. I would put it on the charger and hold in the button to reset your tracker. You will know it is resetting by the smiley face. make sure you have it fully charged before going to bed and hopefully in the morning it will be all good. If you are still having issues, you may want to contact support for additional assistance.
